DOCUMENTS REQUESTED FOR THE PROVINCIAL MIGRATION ADMINISTRATION (For Residence Permit Application Procedures)

  • The application form (https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/) will be filled in as an online document, printed out, signed and delivered it to the relevant unit of the university along with other documents. For details
  • 4 biometric photos (taken within the last 6 months, with a white background, 5×6 size) (4 of your photos must be in accordance with ICAO Standards and be Biometric. Do not upload family photos, selfies, out-of-date or black-and-white photos that make your recognition difficult, otherwise residence permit will not be issued.)
  • Bring 4 biometric photos separately, do not bring 4 photos adjacent to each other.
  • Passport photocopy (including the pages with the validity date and the last entry stamp) (Bring the first page of the passport, visa (if any) and Entry stamps on a separate page, do not bring the photocopies in one page. When you submit your documents to the University, your original passport must be with you. Students who do not have a passport with them for any reason at the time of application must bring with them a notarized photocopy of their passport. If you have changed your passport that you declared during the e-residence application (if you have received a new passport), you must bring the relevant photocopies (first pages, visa pages, entry stamps) of your old passport and your new passport.)
  • Visa photocopy (if any)

  • Student Certificate / Turkish Learning Course Certificate (E-signed / signed and Stamped / Stamped, including the possible graduation date)
  • Original Payment Receipt for Residence Permit Card Fee (125 TL is paid in 2021)  Payments can be made from Ziraat Bank, Vakıf Bank, Halk Bank and tax offices with the code 9207.)

  • For those under the age of 18 (as of the date of application through the E-Residence system) Consent Letter * (This document will not be requested if the foreigner’s parents are legally present in our country) If a foreign student under the age of 18 has entered Turkey with a visa, the relevant documents are not required (Except for e-visa). – Birth Certificate; If the birth certificate is obtained from Turkish authorities, it must be e-signed / signed and stamped / sealed, If it is obtained from abroad, a notarized Turkish translation and Apostille annotation are required. Parental Consent; if the person is younger than 18; the letter of consent from his/ her mother / father or legal representative is required. [If it is obtained from Turkish authorities, the document must be electronically signed/ signed and stamped / sealed, if obtained from abroad, Turkish translation of the document that is notary certicified and Apostille annotation is required as well. If the related citizen is from a country that is not a party to the Apostille agreement, the document must be approved by the relevant country authorities (consular approval and Ministry of Foreign Affairs or authorized Turkish Authorities are required.) In case of one parent’s absence (in case of death, the other spouse must present a death certificate) the declaration of consent must be electronically signed/signed and stamped/sealed if obtained from Turkish authorities. If it is obtained from abroad, a notarized Turkish translation and Apostille annotation is required as well. In case of divorce, the custody document of the child [if obtained from the Turkish authorities, the document must be electronically signed/signed and stamped/sealed, If procured from abroad, the Turkish translation of the document must be notary certified, and Apostille annotation is required as well. If the related citizen is from a country that is not a party to the Apostille agreement, the document must be approved by the relevant country authorities (consular approval and Ministry of Foreign Affairs or authorized Turkish Authorities are required.)

Valid health insurance for those under the age of 18 or over the age of 65 is not required, but they must present the documents if they already have valid health insurance.

  • The original of the equivalence certificate obtained from the Education and Discipline Department of the Ministry of National Education or the Education Consultancy of the Turkish Embassy in its country
  • A receipt showing that the student contribution has been paid.
  • You may pay your Tuition Fees by writing your name, surname and student number on the receipt to Branch of Ziraat Bank TR810001001479859594785018 IBAN Number Account.
  • Turkish Proficiency Certificate, if available
  • Certificate of identity register copy of candidates with dual citizenship, one of which is Turkish citizenship (who later gained citizenship of the Republic of Turkey).
  • Approved invitation letter
  • Scholarship protocol for Turkey Scholarship students
  • For İnternational Students who will registration in the Department of Aviation Management of the School of Civil Aviation; The health board (committee report) to be taken from the full-fledged hospital in Turkey should clearly state that there isn’t harm in registering to the relevant section in the report.
