Student ID Numbers

The system is blocked for the students who do not have a Foreigner Identification Number, registered in the system. Unless they inform the Registrar’s Office about their Foreigner Identification Numbers, they will not be able to complete their course registrations and will not receive any documents such as student certificate or transcript etc. Foreign students are required to inform the Registrar’s Office about their Foreigner Identification Numbers immediately.

For informing the university about the Foreigner Identification Number;

1. An e-mail attached with the photocopy of your residence permit card and your SAMÜ student ID card (two-sided) is to be sent to [email protected]. Only emails with @samsun.edu.tr extension will be accepted and taken into consideration. Write your student number to the subject of the e-mail.
